Yayou first launched the cartoon A8000 pediatric dental chair 2009.

More products of the same series were launched, including the A8000-IA, A8000-IB, A8000-IIA and A8000-IIB. The products of the series have received national invention patents and several design patents.

Yayou developed and produced cartoon pediatric dental chairs to alleviate the stress felt by children in certain settings by making fun and inviting products.

What features do you have to prevent fear in patients?
1. Tonal system
The pediatric equipment uses the most coordinated warm colors including yellow, green and blue, so that the children can reduce psychological stress on the first sight of the treatment equipment.
-- Yellow represents happiness and warmth. For children it evokes happiness associated with home.
-- Green represents vitality. For children it is like energy in growth.
-- Blue represents broadness and unknown artistic conception. For children it's a beautiful longing of the future.

2. Appearance design and feature design
-- The main components of the equipment have cartoon appearance which can arouse children's curiosity.
-- Every cartoon face smiles, which can attract children, help them adapt to strange treatment environment and eliminate resistance.
-- Each unit has a tablet PC which is installed in a suitable position. Children lying in the chair can watch videos to stay relaxed.
-- There are magical gifts in the drawer of the bluecat's bellyband. The gift will be presented to every little patient after the treatment is completed, which can make the child patient feel a sense of accomplishment.

What features do your pediatric dental chair have in terms of basic functions, design and quality?
1. Basic functions
Our cartoon pediatric dental chair has the same functions as a conventional dental chair, including spittoon, dental operatory light, handpiece, three-way syringe, saliva suction system, instrument table, lift of chair/backrest and so on.

2. Design technology and quality
-- The cushion of chair uses memory foam PU technology which meets the ergonomics and so makes children feel comfortable on it. In addition, prolonged cushion is designed for children who are more than 150 cm.
-- The chair uses motor to drive lift of chair. It can hold the same weight as an adult dental chair. The motor can bear force up to 8000N.
-- The shell of the equipment are molded by injected mold, so it has better hardness and better accuracy. The shell color is produced by mold directly and doesn't need paint spraying, which is good for health.
-- The water and gas pipe and valve body inside the machine all use imported European and American high-quality PU materials, with structural steel up to thickness of 12mm and sheet metal accessories processed by stainless steel.

• All of our product shells and accessories use molding production, which can reduce many complex processes including splicing, paint spraying, polishing and trepanning.
• We have accumulated nearly two decades of production and management experience when it comes to pediatric dental chairs. We have formed a quantitative production scale and an independent standard production line for our pediatric dental chairs.
